Nina Javette Koefoed
PhD, Associate Professor at Aarhus University.
Her research projects have covered subjects such as gender and morals in 18th and 19th century Denmark. She has also published a book on the subject: Besovede kvindfolk og ukærlige barnefædre. Køn, ret og sædelighed i 1700-tallets Danmark [English: Desperate Women and Uncaring Biological Fathers. Gender, Law and Morals in 18th-Century Denmark], Museum Tusculanum Press, 2008. She is also a member of the Aarhus University research network, ‘Theology and the Culture of Confession in the Reformation’, which studies the societal consequences of the Reformation period in Denmark.
